Because there should be an easier way to purchase and maintain your equipment, F1 Recreation have designed the operating lease so that you will have no worries about equipment whatsoever and can concentrate on running your facility successfully.
OPERATING LEASE – HOW IT WORKS
An Operating Lease is very much like a fixed term rental plan. That is you pay a monthly fee for the use of our equipment and that fee covers all expenses on that product including freight, installation, part replacements and service labour charges for the specified term. At the end of the term (36 to 60 months) the equipment remains the property of the Lessor (F1 RECREATION). The lessee has many options at the end of the term; purchase at an agreed price, new operating lease on existing cardio equipment or new operating lease on new cardio equipment.

F1 Recreation is not a “Finance Company”. We require no financial figures and no security to approve finance. This means we can be extremely flexible to meet your needs.
*EXTENDED WARRANTY
The equipment is covered by a comprehensive parts and labour warranty for the entire term of your operating lease. Having owned cardio equipment you will appreciate the peace of mind this benefit provides.
*REGULAR EQUIPMENT UPDATE
An operating lease provides the ability to plan for regular equipment upgrading every 3 – 4 years. Regular upgrading keeps your facility looking fresh and keep pace with current trends and other quality clubs.
*PRODUCT SUPPORT LIFEGUARD
Inclusive in the operating Lease is a Lifeguard maintenance contract. This involves a F1 Recreation technician performing a service call every 3 months to check, clean and ensure the equipment is in perfect operating order.
*BUDGETING
A once monthly payment obviously helps you get a more accurate monthly comparison between income and expenses organized. The Operating Lease also assists your budgeting because you will not have unplanned for equipment repair expenses.
